​As a Sales & Design Assistant, you would work with clients in identifying their needs and guide them throughout the design and ordering process. Our ideal candidate would be personable and helpful with the drive to manage multiple projects on time and under budget. Software training will be provided.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Customer Service

• Prepare showrooms daily.
• Answer phones and greet walk-in customers.
• Provide information and field inquiries about our products and services.
• Walk clients through educational showroom tours tailored to their interests.
• Meet with clients for in-store consultation and design appointments.
• Fulfill client needs. Offer options, resolve issues, and follow up.
• Proactively assist and support clients and business partners.
• Help with marketing and events as needed.

 
Design Service

• Design kitchen and bathroom layouts.
• Produce 2D and 3D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and renderings.
• Generate proposals.
• Take field measurements on job site.
• Coordinate order placement, production, and receiving.
• Work with contractor to oversee delivery and installation.
• Assist client with use and care of their new products.
• Process any warranty replacements.

 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Are you intellectually curious?
Experience: 1-2 years in sales and customer service. Are you socially engaging?
